“New York was an important turning point in my career as a Chef. With Kathia, my wife, we met passionate people who gave us our chance and very quickly the consecration came with prestigious awards.

It is the memory of these years that I wanted to honor with the names of the apartments of our Guest House, which are for us so many memories of places that we discovered and appreciated during this American stage.”
